Return eligibility

We accept returns for both defective and non-defective products. Products must be in new condition. The return window is 30 days from delivery.

Start a return

Contact info@coastlineshippingcontainers.com with your order number, product details and the reason for return. Our team will provide return instructions and confirm the return destination before you arrange shipment.

Return method and costs

Return by post or carrier shipment following our instructions. The customer is responsible for the return shipping label and arranging suitable shipment for the product’s size and weight. No restocking fee applies.

Refund timing

Refund processing time is 10 days after the returned product is received and checked. Contact us if you need an update.
