Pricing and orders

Delivery

Shipping is $220 USD, with free shipping on orders over $5,000 USD. Estimated total delivery time is 3–12 working days. Site access and preparation are the customer’s responsibility; coordinate delivery requirements with our team.

Returns and refunds

Returns are accepted within 30 days for defective and non-defective products in new condition. Customer responsibility applies to the return shipping label. No restocking fee applies; refund processing is 10 days after receipt and inspection. Exchanges are not accepted. See the full return policy for instructions.
